SERVICE AND RECONSTRUCTION OF MACHINES

FP SPOMAX SA provides full technical support, warranty and post-warranty service for all machines and devices on offer. Our specialists and qualified engineers will professionally address your needs and propose appropriate technical and service solutions. Machines and devices are covered by a 12-month warranty period, unless there are other provisions in the contract documents. 

A warranty repair does not extend the period of the granted warranty, nor does it trigger a new warranty obligation.
The warranty does not cover repair activities related to normal wear and tear and those caused by force majeure or operation inconsistent with technical requirements. The warranty also does not cover damage or faults, the cause of which results from improper installation and non-compliance with the recommendations and instructions provided in the operating manual or the Technical and Start-up Documentation. In the post-warranty period, FP SPOMAX SA provides you with repair and maintenance of machines and devices manufactured by it, which will enable the maintenance of the equipment in proper condition. The company offers spare parts for all the machines it produces, which enables us to secure your own spare parts warehouse. On request, FP SPOMAX SA reviews technological lines made by other manufacturers. If necessary, it carries out renovations and repairs of entrusted machines.
