HLW-1A roller mill and HLW-2A roller mill
The HLW-1A roller mill is an automatic 2-roll mill. The HLW-2A roller mill is an automatic 4-roll two-level roller mill. These roller mills are designed for intense grinding of wheat, rye, corn and other grains, as well as other materials of both agricultural and mineral origin. In grinding lines with lower efficiency the rolls can be split for optimum design of the installation.
Square plansifters of SFC and SFA type
The square plansifters of SFC and SFA type are designed for sifting and sorting ground grain products of the subsequent technological passages in the grinding process in the mill. The plantsifters are multi-section devices (max. 10 sections) with a short sifting path, offering sifting process at very high capacities. They provide a large sifting area within limited space.
SKA control plansifters
Control plansifters SKA-800, SKA-1000 and SKA-1200 are designed for checking the granulation of the finished flour or for sorting the ground grain products that are the result of the grinding process in the mills and semolina mills.
Micro-doser
Micro-doser is designed for precise dosing of flour additives by using the weighing method. The hopper is equipped with a mixer preventing the additives from clogging. The device can be used for additives such as vitamins, dry gluten etc.
Bran detacher
Bran detacher is designed to separate the endosperm of the flour from the bran in the process of wheat and rye grinding.
Drum detacher
Drum detacher is designed for crushing and softening the flaked up grist on the smooth rolls; supports milling on semolina passages.
